Best Scope of Work

Executive Environmental can provide a Scope of Work to guide the remediation and bidding process if necessary.  Using the best professional practices, will insure that mold growth is removed and potential litigation is avoided.  Post-remediation verification will document that the contractor has completed the project scope and that the building is safe for re-occupancy.

Mold remediation should be performed in accordance with the EPA “Mold Remediation in Schools and Commercial Buildings”[1] document, the IICRC S520 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation[2] , OSHA and/or Cal/OSHA Regulations and NIOSH recommendations, State of California Regulations, and any other applicable federal, state, or local government regulations.
