The Birth of Executive Environmental

Executive Environmental Services Corporation (EESC) began in 1989 and was incorporated in 2000. EESC has its principal operations office in Arcadia, California, from which this project will be staffed. EESC is a California Corporation (Corporation No. C2199425) whose principal is Daniel H. Ginsborg, Chief Executive Officer. EESC has expanded to its present organizational format of approximately 15 administrative and technical personnel providing hazardous material assessment, project management, abatement planning, and abatement monitoring.

EESC’s owner, Daniel H. Ginsborg, entered the field of environmental consulting in 1985 with Hall Kimbrell Environmental Services. After obtaining his Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification, Mr. Ginsborg directed approximately 140 loss-control representatives and safety managers for the State Compensation Fund. Mr. Rob Hill, Vice President, has 17 years of health and safety experience in the U.S. Air Force, and 14 years of environmental consulting experience since his retirement from the Air Force. Mr. Ginsborg and Mr. Hill have extensive experience in developing and managing projects involving abatement of hazardous materials in buildings.

EESC has provided environmental consulting services for Realtech, Transtech, Standard Management, Blackrock Geosciences, ASCIP (100-plus Industrial Hygiene, Mold, and IAQ Surveys), Occidental College, and the Ontario-Montclair School District are just are just a few of the 700 school districts, municipalities, and private firms with whom we are currently working.

Excellence in Industrial Hygiene

EESC’s staff members possess a combined technical knowledge of greater than 100 years of experience. The staff is composed of Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIHs), Certified Safety Specialists (CSPs), Certified Hazardous Material Managers (CHMMs), Engineering Specialists, Certified Asbestos Consultants (CACs), Certified Site Surveillance Technicians (CSSTs), Department of Health Services Certified Lead Professionals (CLPs), a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), and Registered Environmental Assessors (REAs); each staff member is highly qualified and possesses the skills necessary to provide any level of environmental service. We consider ourselves the best and are ready to assist you with your environmental needs.

EESC is fully capable to assist all clients in the implementation and completion of their environmental consulting needs. EESC has demonstrated the ability to work with diverse decision-makers (e.g., city planners and officials, boards of trustees, superintendents and assistant superintendents, facilities directors, maintenance directors, construction staff, and community advisory committees). Additionally, EESC is familiar with code requirements relating to city and municipality development activities, specifically in the areas of hazardous material identification and consultation services. EESC thoroughly understands the practical application of Health and Safety laws, guidelines, and requirements, including Cal/OSHA Title 8, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC), the Division of the State Architect (DSA), South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), as well as local planning departments and regulatory agencies.
